Accreditation and Recognition
In the year 1998, this laboratory has obtained Accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India for demonstrating its technical competence in the field of Electrical Testing for 56 items and Electro-Technical Calibration through the Quality Management System Requirements as per NABL and ISO/IEC-17025-2005. The present NABL Accreditation is valid till 03.11.2010.
In the Year 1999, this laboratory was recognised by the Bureau of Indian Standards for the issue of third party certificate for 52 electrical products and it has been enhanced to 70 electrical products during this year.
